A fashion show named 'Mizwan - Sonnets in fabric' was organized on 15 December with a social cause to promote girl child education. There were bollywood celebrities who walked the ramp in the collection designed by aspiring fashion designing students.Organizer of show is veteran actress Shabana Azmi whose father Kaifi Azmi founded the Mizwan welfare society. The celebrities present at the event were Aishwariya Bachchan, Urmila Matondkar, Tushar Kapoor, Prachi Desai, Amrita Rao, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Raima Sen, Soha Ali Khan, Farhan Akhtar, Celina Jaitley, Abhishek Bachchan, Konaka Sen, Malaika Arora Khan, Diya Mirza, Abhay Deol and R. Madhavan.
At the event Aishwariya said, "Very honestly we are here for Shabana Azmi. I think the fact that she is doing something so noble and fulfilling her father's dream is definitely is very moving. We are here to support her and to support her fathers' dreams of all the accomplishments of Mizwan welfare society." The show has been conceptualized by Namrita Goyal and styled by renowned fashion designer Manish Malhotra and Anita Dongre.
